Drive more orders with time-limited offers and discounts. Hayya lets you create, schedule, and display offers on both your storefront and the marketplace.

Creating an Offer

1. Go to Admin → Offers in your store dashboard
2. Click Create Offer
3. Fill in the offer details:
   • Title (Arabic + English) — keep it short, e.g. "Friday Family Deal"
   • Subtitle — add a brief description
   • Discount — percentage or fixed amount off
   • Validity period — start and end dates
4. Save — the offer appears immediately on your storefront

Offer Visibility

Marketplace visibility is controlled by your permission template. Professional and Enterprise plans include marketplace offer promotion, putting your deals in front of shoppers browsing the main marketplace.

Offer Types

• Percentage discount — e.g. 20% off all orders above 5000 SYP
• Fixed amount off — e.g. 2000 SYP off your next order
• Buy-one-get-one — e.g. order two mains, get the second at half price
• Free delivery — e.g. free delivery on orders above 10,000 SYP

Best Practices

• Keep offers time-limited to create urgency
• Use clear, benefit-driven titles
• Schedule offers during slow periods (weekday afternoons)
• Update featured offers weekly to keep your storefront fresh
• Use marketplace offers to attract new customers browsing nearby
